Andrew. You're for the most part clear headed. I've seen some of your other posts. This one doesn't make sense though. There's no proof of Jesus or Mohammed, let alone in a history book. Only in scriptures, man.

There was historically a man named Jesus in that time period, whether or not he was the son of god is undetermined (and unlikely)

And isnt it interesting where during a time where most major events anything concerning a certain religion makes no apearence (or however is spelled).

Sadly, no. There are no non-biblical references from the time to Jesus ever existing. No census records, no letters, no records of trials; no non-christians mention him until many decades later.

Jesus as a historical figure probably existed. Sans miracles and whatnot, historians consider him a real historical figure. It is based on the fact that the traditions surrounding him sprouted up within approximately a decade after his birth, and there are extra-canonical sources discussing this. Some of them we have and some we don't. And as far as the contemporary thing goes, its because for the most part people were illiterate, and the ones that could write weren't going to give an in depth biography of a possible and unsuccessful seditious criminal, (Which is how Jesus would have been seen,) because it wasn't really important enough to go to Rome, where most Roman historians were located. Sorry for the book but do some damn research. Albert Schwietzer, Bart Ehrman, Elaine Pagels, all good authorities on the subject that are secular.
Jesus most certainly was and is real, and is the son of the Living God. Whether you believe it or not now does not matter, you will see on judgement day.
There is one reference to Jesus from the time in a book by a historian called Josephesus. The original text is pretty neutral but the picture is complicated by a (much) later addition that puts a much more positive spin on Jesus. Joesphesus was, like Jesus, a jew but seemingly not particularly interested in the large crop of messiahs knocking around at that time.
It may even have been another Jesus; there were several, including more than one who claimed to be the messiah.
