  Either way they're a massive waste of fuel. Also, there's this term "Occam's Razor"... Or was it Mehrune's Razor...?
  
  Also, America has racetracks like Chicagoland and Infineon, Watkins Glen and Sirius Racetrack. All of which are road courses just as complex as the F1 circuit.
  
  Also, tracks that are a series of only left hand turns are much harder to tune for, as you have to adjust balance and chamfer and chamber for each individual racetrack, weight distribution, Stock engines are harder to squeeze power out of, they don't have nearly as much grip, and they wear tires much faster, which means much more planning and careful timing have to go into pit stops.
  
  So all in all, a NASCAR race is much more intricate and taxing on a driver than an F1 race, which means much more training and much harder work.
  
  Not only that, but We have racetracks that cross back over themselves, which means a lot more danger.

  Its true. I live in North Carolina, the birthplace of nascar, and one of my professors asked my class how many people enjoyed nascar. One guy out of thirty-five said he kinda enjoyed it, and he was blushing with embarrassment.
