  It isn't really a joke, though, is it? It is just one balloon swapped in place of another. There is no other message implied. The whole joke is "Huh! That is not the ballon I am accustomed to seeing in this image and it is, however briefly, topical." The shopping is of a higher quality than the content. Let's go back to discussing that.
